Terms of Use

Understand permitted use, source availability and the limits of a downloaded media copy.

Use the service for content you may save

Storyload is intended for public media that you own or have permission to save. Before downloading someone else’s work, confirm the applicable permission or licence and respect Instagram’s terms. Merely being able to view an item publicly does not grant permission to copy or distribute it.

Check each right involved

A creator’s permission to reuse a photograph does not automatically cover music, trademarks or the privacy rights of people depicted. Keep any permission with the source link and follow its limits, such as attribution or restrictions on commercial use. Storyload cannot verify those rights for you.

No private-account access or recovery promise

The service does not provide access to private stories, highlights or posts. It is not a deleted-media recovery tool. Do not use it to evade access restrictions, impersonate another person or monitor someone without authorization.

Availability depends on the source

Instagram or an upstream source can change, limit or refuse access. A request can fail even when an item is visible in an Instagram app. Cached previews may be older than the current page. The service does not guarantee complete results, original upload quality or uninterrupted access.

Your downloaded copy

After saving, check that the file is complete and keep a separate backup if you need it later. A downloaded copy does not prove authorship, permission, publication time or the authenticity of the account. Do not present a cached or edited copy as evidence of the creator’s current position.

Independent service and updates

Storyload is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta. The service is provided as available, and these terms may be updated on this page. This revision was published on October 18, 2026.
